PACT Act - Shipping Announcement

Flavored E-Liquid sales are banned to the following locations:

All States in Green will continue shipping with no changes at this time. We hope to see changes in the states in red, giving us the opportunity to ship there in the future. 

PACT ACT 

In December 2020, a congressional amendment to the PACT Act was signed into the law as part of the omnibus spending bill. The effect of this new law broadens the definition of tobacco products to include electronic cigarettes, vapes, E-Liquids, and vaping accessories.

Starting March 27, 2021 the PACT will require online retailers to collect state and local excise taxes on vaping products and require Adult Signature (21+) on all deliveries nationwide. Other compliance requirements include labeling and packaging, record-keeping, and State and Federal registration and reporting.

In addition to these requirements, the major shipping carriers will no longer be shipping vaping products. 

Unfortunately, we may not have full shipping coverage for the initial rollout and we, therefore, may not be able to serve our entire customer base due to lack of carrier service. However, we are constantly looking into ways to expand shipping to all locations. Shipping options, costs, and coverage area will be made available during the checkout process once this carrier has become available on our site.

We ship to most of the States in the U.S (Varies State to State due to State Laws), Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses. For armed forces, please select APO/FPO addresses for the correct shipping method.

 

For international, we are currently shipping to most of the countries. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, we are unable to accept payment from or ship to your country at this time. See more information below for international customers.

Return Guidelines

To facilitate a hassle-free return process, please follow these guidelines:

The item must have been purchased from Stallionut. Include the original invoice with your return, highlighting the return item. Please note that cash refunds are not available for wholesale purchases. Customers are responsible for providing and covering the cost of return shipping labels. You may exchange the return item for the same product, or we will issue a store credit if the item is out of stock.

Sale items, if applicable, are not eligible for return. Certain items, due to their nature, cannot be returned. Please do not ship the following items back to us:

  • Liquids
  • Disposables
  • Used/opened tank/RDA/RDTA systems.
  • Cartomizers
  • Used/opened coils/pods/cartridges
  • Batteries
  • Chargers
  • 420 Products

 

Defective Item Returns

Defective items must meet specific criteria to qualify for a return:

  • Defects should be related to normal operations not working as described.
  • The returned item must not show signs of physical damage or severe scratching indicating abuse as the cause of the defect.
  • Minor visual flaws, scuffs, or discoloration do not qualify for exchange.
  • All items included in the original package must be returned (e.g., if you purchased a kit and the mod is defective, you must return the entire kit).
  • Properly package your return to prevent damage during transit.
  • The item should not be on the list of non-exchangeable items.
  • Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Defective items must be returned within 6 months of the purchase date.
  • Please note that disposable vape products are NOT eligible for return for any reason, whether defective or otherwise. Sale of disposable products is FINAL.

Return Processing

If you need to return an item, please fill up the RMA Request Form with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Once we receive your return item, our return department will inspect it and notify you via email of its acceptance or denial. If accepted, a replacement item will be shipped to you. If a refund is issued, the purchase amount will be applied to your account as store credit and automatically applied to your next online purchase.

If you send an item for return that is not eligible for exchange or store credit, it will be shipped back to you. We do not purchase a return shipping label for non-eligible items and will not reimburse the return shipment cost. Customers must provide a shipping label for returning non-eligible items.

Claims

Claims for items missing from orders must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

 

Shipping

All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of payment receipt. Shipping information, including dates and tracking details, can be found in your online account. Our primary shipping carriers are UPS Ground and USPS Priority.

For same-day shipping, orders must be placed and paid for before specific cut-off times (12:00 PM PST for UPS Ground and 10:00 AM PST for USPS Priority).

Standard Shipping covers U.S. Domestic shipping and U.S. territories only. International shipping may be available upon clearance by customs.
